Klippers Dog Grooming ("we", "us", "our") is a professional pet grooming studio operating from 10 Skimmer St, Chisholm NSW 2322, Australia. We provide grooming services for dogs and related educational content through our website.

All grooming appointments are subject to availability and must be confirmed by us before they are considered booked. Submitting a contact or booking form does not constitute a confirmed appointment.
We reserve the right to decline service requests where we believe the service may not be appropriate for a particular dog's health, temperament, or grooming condition.
We ask that clients provide at least 24 hours' notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may affect our ability to prioritise future bookings for that client.
All dogs must be up to date with vaccinations appropriate for their age, including those for kennel cough, parvovirus, and distemper. We may request proof of vaccination.
We are not veterinarians. If we observe any unusual skin conditions, lumps, sores, or other health concerns during a grooming session, we will notify the owner promptly. We strongly recommend that owners seek veterinary advice for any health concerns observed.
We take care to handle all dogs gently and professionally. However, in cases where a dog is significantly distressed, uncooperative, or poses a safety risk, we reserve the right to stop the session and contact the owner.
Owners are required to disclose any known health conditions, physical limitations, skin sensitivities, or behavioural concerns prior to their appointment. Failure to disclose relevant information may result in unforeseen outcomes for which we cannot be held responsible.
Severely matted coats may require more extensive work than a standard groom. In some cases, removing matting may result in shorter than expected coat length or reveal skin irritation underneath. We will discuss options with owners before proceeding where possible.
While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and comfort of animals in our care, we cannot guarantee that all dogs will react without stress to the grooming environment. We are not liable for stress-related responses that are not caused by negligence.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from grooming services is limited to the cost of the service provided.
